The data we process
Browsing data
During normal operation, the systems that run this website collect certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of Internet protocols: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and device type. These data are used solely to ensure the operation and security of the website. They are not used to identify or profile users and are kept for a limited period, unless needed to investigate cybercrime.
Data you provide
If you email us, call us or contact us on LinkedIn, we process the data you provide (your name, contact details and message) to reply and, if you ask, to suggest a programme or provide a quotation. Please do not share special categories of personal data, such as health data, unless strictly necessary.
Purposes and legal bases
- Website operation and security: the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Responding to enquiries and taking pre-contractual steps: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements if a professional relationship is established: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing, automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep your data
We keep incoming communications for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if no further relationship is established, for no more than 24 months. If a professional relationship is established, we retain the data for its duration and subsequently for the periods required by law (normally 10 years for accounting records). Browsing data are retained for no more than 12 months.
Who can access your data
Data are processed by the controller and by authorised persons bound by confidentiality. They may also be processed by service providers acting as processors (Article 28 GDPR): the website hosting provider, the email service provider and, where necessary, the tax adviser. Data are neither made public nor sold.
The website does not embed third-party services: fonts and images are served from our own server. The LinkedIn profile link leads to an external platform, which processes data under its own privacy notice.
Transfers outside the EU
Data are processed within the European Economic Area. If a provider needs to process them elsewhere, the transfer will take place only with the safeguards required by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing or data portability at any time, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by emailing dott.franceecodepaola@gmail.com or our certified email address (PEC) familyconsulting@pec.it. We will reply within 30 days.
If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
